Bloody S'Mores

I am trying to get rid of half a kilo of red and half a kilo of white chocolate that I couldn't get to melt. The red one was perfect to make these S'mores. Aint they bloody?This was adapted from the S'more's recipe of Joy of Baking and just substituted the chocolate part with some red chocolate I have on hand. Make sure to brush your teeth after eating these or you will look like you just came from a vampire initiation.
