This time it's the Gelatine

Another local product created havoc in my kitchen. The last time it was Markenburg marshmallows, now Ferna gelatine. The former wrecked my marshmallow fondant and the latter ruined the regular fondant I made today. Weirdly, both created the same result, non-elastic and coarse fondant.

Now give me enough reason to ever trust local brands for my projects?
